In this mini-lesson (approximately 30 minutes), students explore the description of clouds as found in the Qur'an. Drawing upon their knowledge of major cloud types, students assess how grammatical ambiguity and word choice found in Qur’an 24:43 may indicate a description of severe weather that aligns with modern scientific understanding of storm clouds and hail.
